Outstanding Service That Truly Stands the Test of Time

I have been working with Total Merchant Concepts for over a year now, and I cannot say enough about the incredible support they provide.

When I first started, I worked with Bella, who was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely professional, pleasant, and made the setup process seamless. When my new equipment arrived, the technical support team was equally fabulous in getting everything running smoothly.

I got two very helpful people from TMC on the phone to help me.  Keller know just wo to transfer me to and it was Katria, she took care of the issue so quickly and nicely also.  I am tell everyone the phone voices for TMC are just the nicest and know how get the help done.  BIG thank you to the people who work on the phone lines, so very nice and helpful

So after speaking with Joe at total merchant concept i have changed my review as he is going make it right as this should not happened in the way that it did and to me if I knew someone that needed a credit card machine that I would refer them to Joe at total merchant concept.
